Raila odinga has promised to go on with his swearing in plan despite being warned by jubilee government and trump adminstration.
Swearing in Raila odinga amounts to treason and is only punishable by death.
Moses kuria has today revealed the judge who is very wiling to swear in Raila into office, jeorpadising his political career.
The judge is a luo according to Mr kuria and after swearing in they will move to state house Nakuru.
Here is what Kuria shared on his Facebook page.
"NASA planning to swear in Raila Odinga at Moi Stadium Kisumu. Justice Richard Otieno Kwach to conduct the swearing in. He will then move with his supporters and storm State House, Kisumu."
If Raila is sworn in as president it might plunge the country in deeper crisis more than those witnessed in 2007 elections.
Security forces are expected to be deployed and might prevent raila odinga from commiting the act of treason which has never been witnessed in history of Kenya.
