Ekuru Aukot has promised to name his new cabinet in few weeks to come.
Aukot will name a shadow cabinet Which will be responsible for putting the government in its toes.
Aukot has officially resumed opposition duties after main opposition leader Raila odinga boycotted the elections calling for electoral justice.
Although odinga boycotted the elections he came second with aukot Third which means he is the official opposition leader since Raila odinga did not participate in the elections.
"The function of the cabinet will be to shadow the Government.
"We will offer alternative leadership. We should be able to challenge the government of the day on policy. Our experts will question the government and offer better solutions," Aukot was quoted saying.
He will be the best opposition leader with each member of his cabinet tasked with specific ministry which he will keep on its toes to ensure that it successfully performs its duties.
