Balala will most likely remain in cabinet.
He has revolutionized the tourism sector after taking over 5 years ago.
He has received global awards because of his performance.
4.Eugene wamalwa
As one of the founders of TNA and close ally and confident of president Uhuru Kenyatta he will remain in cabinet.
His ministry has also not been rocked by scandals.
5.Am in a Mohammed.
She is one of the top performing cabinet Secretaries.
She has handled the foreign ministry very well and with diplomacy.
