Kibwana who is serving his second and last term is the most loved governor and has always kept a low profile even after winning elections with 97% of total votes casted.
Waiguru starts her first term as one of the most popular jubilee leaders.
Waiguru also serves as vice chair of council of governors.
Third most popular governor is Anyang Nyongo the kisumu Governor.
He has been one of the most sober leaders despite being from Raila odinga party which boycotted October 26 poll.
Nyongo has been advocating for peace instead of riots which is party leader has been leading this year.
