Maraga answers Raila on his December 12 swearing in

Raila Odinga had said that he will be sworn in on December 12, a national holiday which Kenyans celebrate jamhuri day.
Odinga Boycotted the October 26 poll and has insisted that he won the October 26 election by over 8.5 million votes.
Uhuru Kenyatta was sworn in on November 28 with Raila announcing that he will be sworn in on Dec 12.

Maraga through his chief of register has said that Raila Odinga has not notified the court of his swearing in ceremony.
The Judiciary has not been notified on the inauguration ceremony planned by the opposition party," said Amadi.
She went ahead and said that odinga actions are illegal and might lead to him facing serious problems.
Odinga is expected to be sworn in after he sent invitations for his swearing in ceremony.
