Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyongo has declined to offer his services to provide a venue for Raila odinga swearing in ceremony.
Among those counties which passed the peoples assembly, One of them will hold Raila swearing in ceremony.

Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega), Wilber Ottichilo (Vihiga), Amason Kingi (Kilifi), Sospeter Ojaamong (Busia), Charity Ngilu (Kitui) and Cornel Rasanga (Siaya).
