Gatundu legislator moses kuria has lectured Raila Odinga on what awaits him if he swears himself as president.
According to moses kuria Raila Odinga will be committing treasson which is punishable by death according to the constitution of Kenya.
Moses kuria shared part of the constitution which says that any person trying to use unconstitutional means to enter into office will be punished by death.

National resistance movement rebel leader Raila Odinga had vowed to swear himself come December 12 as president of republic of Kenya,saying he won August 8 poll.
Odinga is just imagining being President, after a President has been sworn there is no way constitutionally that another person can be sworn to the same post.
