Judge who Ruined Odinga Plans in October 26 poll

In October 11, two weeks to date of voting, a judge made a controversial decision.
October 26 could have been like a run off where mr odinga could have run against president Uhuru Kenyatta.
The following headline run on most news outlets that day.
The High Court has ordered the electoral agency to include Thirdway Alliance presidential candidate Ekuru Aukot in the October 26 repeat election.
Justice John Mativo directed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to amend a gazette notice it had issued on presidential candidates to contest in the repeat election to include Mr Aukot's name.
John mativo had saved the country from an election crisis.
Odinga the main opposition leader had withdrawn from the race a day before.
If it was a two horse race the election could have been illegitimate because Uhuru Kenyatta could not have ran against himself.
Mr odinga plan could have worked an am interim government could have been formed.
The ruling from this judge meant that other candidates could participate In the elections making it legitimate since its everyone's right to withdraw from election.
