Kitui South MP Rachel Kaki Nyamai who won the August 8 elections on a Jubilee ticket has been dealt a blow after her victory was nullified by the courts on Thursday.
Kaki managed to defeat Wiper Party candidate Ken Moki in the hotly contested poll but the Wiper aspirant moved to court to challenge the IEBC declaration.
There will be a showdown in coming weeks as both jubilee and NASA try to recapture their seat
