Raila Odinga boycotted October 26 poll,saying he will be rigged out just like august 8 poll.

Immediately after Raila Odinga takes oath of office, he will be arrested and charged in court for commmiting treason against the country.
Taking oath of office with sitting president in place is like attempting a coup also so Raila will have many charges against him after taking oath of office.
