Through its lawyer mellisa ngania she said that no special request or a court order was made in order to avail the documents to the Court.

In mellisa ngania submission she noted on Tuesday that no request was made to IEBC prior to access to internal documents as required by law. She said their use would jeopardise the case.
She argued that the memos should not be in the court proceedings.
