This is exact date of first supreme Court hearing

The supreme Court of Kenya has upto 14 days to hear cases brought to them challenging Presidential results.
Among those cases which will be heard include that filed by former kilome mp Harun Mwau and Activist Omtata.
The Supreme Court of Kenya will convene a pre-trial conference on Tuesday, November 14 as part of its initial stages to determine the petitions challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta's win in the October 26 poll.

Supreme Court judge Justice ndungu

Among those who are expected to hear the case are chief justice maraga, lenaola,mwilu,ndungu,ojwang and smoking wanjala.
Justice Ibrahim might be absent because of his health condition.
If supreme Court uphelds the election Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in latest by December 2.
