The council of governors through its chairman Josphat Nanok congratulated Uhuru on Tuesday, November 21, a day after the Supreme Court ruled that was validly re-elected.
Nanok said that all the 47 Governors will work closely with the national government to promote development.
He added that the country needs to move on and improve on the gains Gaines under devolution in the last 4 years.
