The carter foundation under John Kerry has issued statement to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
They said as president Uhuru Kenyatta should unite Kenyans.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta, who has a fresh mandate to lead all Kenyans, should re-initiate the national dialogue that culminated in the 2010 Constitution," read part of his statement.

On NASA plans to hold demonstrations the foundation noted that they should be given freedom to picket and assembly.
"We remind the Kenyan government of its obligation to protect the constitutional rights of peaceful assembly, free speech, and security of the person, to enable inclusive participation in the country’s political and dialogue processes," the team noted.
Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in next week on Tuesday in kasarani stadium.
