Harun mwau file case to nullify election in supreme Court

Former kilome mp has filed case to nullify the presidential elections in supreme Court.
The kilome mp a fierce jubilee critic is currently filing the case in supreme Court to beat the midnight deadline stipulated In the constitution.
4 petitions to be filed at supreme court of Kenya (SCOK) before midnight today. 1st petition will be filled just after 4pm by Ex-Kilome MP Harun Mwau 2nd will be filled before 7pm, Third petitions will be filled before 10pm & The last one before midnight was a message shared by national resistance movement enthusiasts in social Media.

Mwau filling the case means that the President will not be sworn in next week on Monday but 1 week after the case is heard which will be one week after November 14 thus he will be sworn in most likely on November 21.
