Ruto issued message to raila odinga after he boycotted October 26 poll.
Raila odinga pulled out of the race citing irreconcilable differences with iebc who have not met their irreducible minimum Calls.
Ruto shared his celebration message on his Twitter page.
Here is what he posted
Halleluyah! Mungu kweli ni wa ajabu.Agreed, it's a constitutional & democratic right for every Kenyan to PARTICIPATE in an election or NOT.
Translated to mean halleluyah! God is truthful and great.
Ruto noted that its everyone right including raila odinga not to participate in the election and thanked him for conceding defeat before elections are held.
Elections were scheduled for October 26 but after Raila odinga boycotted its very uncertain now the fate of Kenyans.
But according to the constitution president Uhuru Kenyatta should be sworn in unopposed.
