Raila odinga has today evening left for the uk as Kenyans are preparing for fresh elections.
In a detailed letter today the independent election and boundaries commission made it clear that there will be election in October 26 and Raila name will be on the list because he did not follow right procedure while withdrawing from the race.
Raila had announced yesterday to Kenyans and the world that he will not be participating in the election.
High court today ruled that all other candidates who participated in the August 8 poll will be allowed to participate in October 26 poll.
According to the constitution a candidate is allowed to withdraw from presidential race by signing form 24A and it is Raila Odinga constitution right not to participate.
