CS Matiangi : It is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure all participants remain peaceful & don't breach the rights of others.
The demonstrations have been turning violent with cases if looting increasing day by day.
Criminals masquerading as NASA demonstrators have been attacking and robbing Innocent civilians and the interior ministry has taken action by banning the demonstrations.
The organizers of any demonstration will be held responsible incase of any breach of others rights, business which will be looted ,the organizers will be held liable and charged in court of law matiangi added.
NASA demonstrations have not been peaceful at all and business community have felt it alot, with majority closing their business during NASA demonstratoions.
CS Matiangi also added that "We ban demonstrations in Mombasa,Kisumu and Nairobi CBDs.
We call upon all Kenyans whose property was looted or destroyed to report to the OCS Nairobi Central police station."
