Ruto and jubilee delegation led by Raphael tuju, Aden duale met with IEBC officials to deliberate on October 26 poll.
Ruto urged the iebc officials to conduct their business according to the constitution and avoid disturbance from external forces.
Ruto reminded them that IEBC is an independent commission and they should conduct their business independently not consultanting political parties like NASA and jubilee.

Ruto said that jubilee will not be engaged on tendering process like who will print ballot papers and stuff like that and assured them that its IEBC mandate to work hard and ensure that October 26 process is a success.
