Moses kuria To go to court to order for this

The MP, citing the Freedom of Information Act, wants the 40,886 ballot boxes opened and the votes counted at Kasarani Stadium.
In a series of tweets, he says this will not be a presidential petition but an exercise of his Constitutional right access information.
"As a voter, I am entitled to information about what is in those boxes. Let us all meet there," Kuria said on Saturday.
However, it remains to be seen if the Constitutional Court will grant the MPs wishes.

This follows arguments that only the Supreme Court can order a recount of presidential votes as stated in Article 163(3) (a) of the Constitution.

Moses kuria the vocal Gatundu Is a staunch supporter of Uhuru Kenyatta and has always put the opposition on its toes with his straight shooting answers.
The no nonsense gatundu legislator is exercising his constituonal right by ensuring that all the votes are recounted to clearly determine the margin in which Uhuruto beat perrenial loser Raila amollo odinga who has promised not to go to the ballot in the August 17 poll.

The second voting round will be just for confirmation purposes And Uhuruto will win by even a greater margin.
