Matiangi makes announced about KCSE and KCPE dates

Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i (CS) has stated that this year's Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination is set to be held from October 23rd to November 29th.
Matiang'i further stated that the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations would take place between November 1st to 3rd.
"I have personally called IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati and shared the exam timetables to make a case," Matiang'i stated.
"If this does not happen it will lead to the disruption of the academic programme in the education sector," he added.

His sentiments were supported by Knut chairman George magoha who confirmed that it would be in the best interest if the country if elections were held before October 17.

Supreme court annuled president Uhuru Kenyatta on September 1st and ordered for fresh election within the next 60 days.
The deadline for presidential election falls on 1st November which will greatly affect KCSE and KCPE candidates.
