On a leaked memo circulating today iebc chairman was seen as demanding answers from Choloba on issues which supreme Court discussed in the verdict by supreme Court.
The commisioers dismissed the memo from chebukati claiming they were not consulted.
Chebukati also had dismissed iebc CEO Ezra chiloba and other commissioners and set up a task force to Overlook the election.
Chebukati appointed a six bench person to undertake the election.
The division within IEBC will greatly affect the commission as it prepares to conduct a new presidential election.
