“The NASA petition is not 25,000 pages. It is not 9,000 pages...it is about 3,000 pages..." Ahmednasir said.
"From my readings of the petition filed by Hon Raila, I can sincerely say that his 2013 petition is 1000 times better conceptualized, stronger." Ahmednasir added.
Ahmednasir is set to represent IEBC in the case.
Ahmednasir has said that the 2013 case filed by cord in which the high court upholded the reelection of Uhuru Kenyatta was much better than what NASA has filed in the supreme Court.
According to Ahmednasir he is expecting jubilee to win the case and our president Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in the next few weeks.
