The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has submitted all election forms to the Supreme Court to counter National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga’s petition challenging the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Through a tweet on Tuesday, the electoral agency stated that it will file 109 volumes and 54,400 folios of election results declaration forms at the Supreme Court by 2.30 pm on Tuesday.

The forms include Form 34As, Form 34Bs and Form 34Cs, whose authenticity the Opposition has challenged claiming they were altered and manipulated.
“We will submit all statutory forms used to declare results this afternoon to the Supreme Court - the forms 34As, 34Bs and 34Cs,” IEBC said in a tweet.
On the other hand, NASA filed over 25, 000 documents in the Supreme Court to seek the nullification of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win and the ball in now on the 7 Judges of the Supreme Court to go through all the documents and make a sound judgment.
