In a statement to news rooms raila campaign manager
Lone said: "The NASA presidential campaign secretariat has urged the President to be open to debating Raila on issues affecting Kenyans in the present circumstances."
This comes barely hours after Uhuru Kenyatta declined to participate in the election saying that it doesn't fit him also .
Mr Kenyatta also declined to attend the debate citing the way in which it will be held which it main aim is not to address real issues but settle personal scores.
