This is what one of his workmate by the name Edith fortune shared showing how he was passoniate about his work
It's a hard day, death stings worse than a wasp. Ask me of a man who taught us discipline and I will show you General Nkaisserry, ask of a man who couldn't tolerate mediocrity, I will show you the great General. He who told us to work for Kenyans diligently, to give our best, to think of Kenyans and Kenya first. He never shied away from correcting us when we went wrong, he critiqued us with love, he was firm..he had Kenyans' interests at heart, it was security and security first..it was a learning experience for the three years I worked with this great man. Many a times when you tire, he would ask you to re-read and put to heart Kenya's loyalty pledge, it kept us going..I have no words, but death is final, it has chosen him, one of the best..Kenya has lost a selfless man, an honest man, a man of integrity, a father to many, a jovial man, he touched many lives. a General rests, a man who gave his best to Kenya.. God picks the best..this is a heavy burden.
And to those celebrating, I have this to say; kuzaliwa ni bahati but kifo ni lazima...death is a way of life.
