Why Raila was not allowed to adress the public in Nyeri

After all he was invited to Nakuru the other time, he hold his own rally at Uhuru park!....... What is so special in Nyeri?..... I could as well be absent. Take note, this was not a funeral to invite everybody to say "pole" but rather a national day whereby the President was the chief guest. In this scenario, Rao was Raia mwema like anybody else! There was no protocol broken.
He didn't inform the government also that he was coming so that he can be included in the itinerary.
Raila should stop hijacking meetings and learn that there is protocol that must observed.
