Joho was blocked today from accessing the sgr project by jubilee.
The reason why Joho was blocked is because he always attends presidential functions to criticize jubilee projects instead of Drumming up support for the government or just appreciating what the Government has done.
Jubilee is a project oriented government and governors like joho want to use this to drum up support for their own projects.
