Trump , Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau , French President-elect Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel , Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe and the UK’s Teresa May. The summit slated for 26 and 27 May 2017 in Italy will be focusing on the global economy, foreign policy, security of citizens, and environmental sustainability.
Instructively, this is the first time a Kenyan leader has been invited to the gathering, a confirmation that Kenya's growing influence on the global stage can't be suppressed by negative publicity propagated locally. Indeed choices have consequences!
