All things constant add the two and we take an assumption that's a total of 5.8M votes available to the NASA team on 2017....
....let's keep focus that it's against Uhuru's also presumed available 6.4M in his 2013 partnership with Ruto.
Still on the hypothesis "all things constant" we are talking of a total 12M available votes.....
So out of these Raila is saying he has swayed 4.2M votes from UhuRuto's basket to total the # 10MillionStrong war cry?

NASA stronghold registered 2M new voters while Jubilee registered 1.9M new voters.....
Taking the earlier presumptive platform that NASA have a ready unchanged 4.8M votes from 2013, consolidating that with the new votes we are talking of 6.8M....
....while on the same premise, Jubilee would still be ahead with 2013 support of 6.4M and new registrations of 1.9M totalling 8.3M strong....
2M ahead...
....so even with additional new voters Raila the liar still doesn't hit his 10M lie, falling short of his orgasm by 4M.....
Raila is pitching for war....
...he is preaching a number that he will use to incite his illiterate followers when he loses....
