Raila has caused waves in the political scene by claiming Nasa will have its own tallying center.
Speaking in kibera constituency raila said in the coming election Nasa will have its own tallying center to counter IEBC.
This is a clear indication that raila does not believe in the transparency of the IEBC and it's clear he will not accept next year election.
Raila said NASA will employ 50 youth who will be at every polling station to counter check votes before being sent to NASA headquarters.
It's clearly a backlash to Kenyans when leaders like Raila won't accept the credibility of institutions he helped build through the new Constitution
