Paul otuoma has hinted of possibly returning to jubilee after being rigged off the nomination by the incumbent sospeter ojaamong.
OTUOMA warned Raila that he might leave the party if new election are carried out instead of him being declared the winner.
"I won the nomination and am not going back to nomination.Jubilee is also a party he warned.
Otuoma defected from ODM together with namwamba but he returned after awhile.
