Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wa has asked Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula to quit the National Super Alliance (NASA) if they want to remain relevant in politics.

Ichung’wa claims that ODM leader Raila Odinga will not endorse Kalonzo or Wetangula to contest for the presidency on NASA ticket.
According to the Kikuyu lawmaker, Raila will be NASA’s flag bearer deputized by Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi.
Speaking during an interview with Citizen TV on Thursday, Ichung'wa said that Raila will never sacrifice his presidential bid in favour of Kalonzo or Wetangula.
“Kalonzo and Wetangula should wake up and realize that they have no chance of being endorsed for presidency in NASA,” he said during the interview.
Ichung’wa alleged that Raila is scheming with Mudavadi to undermine Kalonzo’s bid in NASA.
He claimed that NASA has no chance of surviving adding that the Alliance will break up during the nominations.
“You wait until the nomination time then you will see NASA’s fate,” added the Kikuyu lawmaker.
On Wednesday NASA leaders signed a power sharing agreement.
The Alliance is expected to name its flag bearer soon in readiness for the August election.
Sources claim that Raila could be endorsed to fly NASA’s flag in the August 8 polls.
