I'm glad you know the Bungoma Governor's aide please if you can pass this information to him ill be happy . Tell him that a few days ago he attempted to Rape a Congolese dancer and when she refused he bit off her finger (pictures in the comments) Tell him I'm going to hunt him till that lady gets justice . The 20000 thousand he gave her won't save him . Tell him the threats to have her deported won't save him.

It's apparent that the governor bit her finger off after she refused to sleep with him and now he still walks Scot free.i think he needs to be punished.As citizen we have a voice share this until something is done to him..
