A man identified as Christopher Adangi was on Friday last week shot dead by a 35-year-old property developer, Leonard Kanari in a love triangle at Garden Estate.
After 3 days of hiding, Leonard Kanari presented himself to Kasarani police station on Tuesday afternoon where he recorded a statement. He also surrendered his gun to the police.
Leonard Kanari allegedly shot the man after he found him with his girlfriend in his house after he arrived unannounced. Adangi was confirmed dead at a Nairobi clinic where he was rushed to for bullet wounds in his stomach.
The woman at the center of the dispute and who reported the incident at the Kasarani police station has been identified as Ednah Kariuki.
