Renowned city lawyer, Ahmednasir Abadulahi, has advised NASA leader, Raila Odinga, to stop wasting his time challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election in court because he will lose again.
Speaking during an interview, Abdulahi, popularly known as the ‘Grand Mullah’, who also represented the IEBC in the 2013 Presidential petition in the Supreme Court, said NASA will probably lose the case since they cannot present all the evidence in court.
He noted that Raila will not win the case if he fails to prove that over 1 million votes were illegally awarded to Uhuru Kenyatta - something he failed to prove in 2013 and which cost him the case.
“NASA has to prove that over 1 million votes were irregularly awarded to Uhuru.”
“In 2013, they failed to prove that the president got 7,000 votes irregularly,’’ Abdhullahi revealed.
“Raila has a mentality the court must agree with him, telling the court his case is an opportunity for the court to redeem its image is neither here nor there, court does not understand such language’’ he added.
