Embattled lawyer and national resistance movement leader miguna miguna has issued new demands in high Court days after being nominated deputy governor by Mike Sonko.
In court papers, his lawyers demanded that their client is allowed the right to choose how he will get into the country without restrictions.
The new suit also asked the court to compel the government to allow the lawyer to return from Canada using his national identity card or a new passport.
If granted miguna miguna will not apply passport afresh but will have to just produce his national identity card at the airport when he arrives.
Respondents listed on the suit are Kenya Airports Authority (KAA), Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i , Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet , the GSU commandant, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) OCS or any other, the Flying Squad boss, Kenya Police and the Attorney Genera
If granted miguna miguna will be able to jet back into the country and mobilize to be nominated deputy governor.
If nominated miguna miguna will be the second most popular person from Luo Nyanza .
