Today Kenyans work up with breaking news that the two main leaders in the country are holding a crisis meeting in harambee house.
Conspicuously missing were other NASA principals.
After the meeting president Uhuru Kenyatta shared the following message
"Had the great pleasure of welcoming my brother Raila Odinga to Harambee House where we had the opportunity for extensive discussions on matters Kenya. We have come to a common understanding, an understanding that this country of Kenya is greater than any one individual."
But why did Raila agree to hold talks with Uhuru?
It all started with proposed swearing in ceremony where all other NASA principals did not show up, it was understood they were against it and were trying to convince Raila Odinga not to take oath of office as peoples president.
Kalonzo, mudavadi and wetangula were also against Raila Odinga national resistance movement idea which could have pushed for elections in August this year.
The only thing the other NASA principals were interested in was strategy for 2022 elections.
They all wanted Baba to endorse them despite of convincing him to abandon October 26 poll.
Raila Odinga having been frustrated by other NASA principals finally agreed to hold talks with Uhuru Kenyatta to unite the country.
