Muthama joined a host of Kamba leaders who have joined kalonzo musyoka in a meeting to say that they kalonzo musyoka will not be sworn in as peoples president.
Muthama explained why he missed the swearing in ceremony even though he was part of the planning committee.
“I, Muthama, was co-chair of the swearing-in planning committee alongside Siaya Senator James Orengo of ODM and Ford Kenya’s Kimilili MP Simiyu Eseli.Why are people bashing my party leader Kalonzo Musyoka alone instead of seeking answers as to why we all stayed away.” he said.
He maintained that he could not be part of a joke event, he maintained that the only swearing in ceremony he will attend is kalonzo swearing in ceremony in 2022, where he will receive real power.
He led the kamba leaders to say that kalonzo will not be sworn and risk being arrested by jubilee government yet he will not receive real power.
Muthama was Raila Odinga number 1 supporter but it seems he is slowly switching support to wiper leader kalonzo
