IEBC data:Why Ruto journey to state house is unstoppable

Ruto journey to state house seems unstoppable according to the latest iebc data.
This is IEBC data from the 2017 poll.
Rift valley alone Has 4.6 million  registered voters, if ruto mantains this voting block he will only need other 3 big voting blocks to win the elections.
Here are the numbers of the 4 provinces
Riftvalley-4.6 million
Central -3 million
Upper eastern -1.2 million
Nairobi -1.2 million because jubilee and NASA will split the 2.5 million from Nairobi.
That is according to current iebc Data, this data will increase significantly as 2022 approaches.
Kenyan politics is very dynamic and it will not be surprising if you see one of the NASA principals deputizing Ruto.
This will add another voting bock to Ruto voting base.
By 2022 number if registered voters in Kenya might have hit 25 million.
