The ANC, through its Parliamentary chairperson, Ayub Savula, said the party and its leader, Musalia Mudavadi, would decide on its continued stay in NASA on Thursday.

Savula, who is also the MP for Lugari, noted that the party was considering redress in court over awarding of posts by the Minority of the Coalition during the Naivasha retreat on 7th December.
He noted that as a party, they feel cheated and duped by their coalition partners as far as the leadership of Parliament is concerned.
This comes at a time when ANC is facing division as two key politicians fight over the commissioner post in the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC).
Sabatia MP, Alfred Agoi, and Vihiga Senator, George Khaniri, are eying the post with Savula supporting Agoi and nominated MP, Geoffrey Osotsi, supporting the latter.
