Chiloba in a live citizen interview Has said that he anticipated the august 8 election results where one of the candidates will use him as scape goat once he loses the elections.
That candidate would come to be Raila odinga who after losing elections started pointing fingers at iebc CEO Ezra chiloba.

Odinga who boycotted the October 26 poll has mantained that he won the elections and will be Sworn in early next year.He has maintained IEBC helped jubilee rig the elections.
