Speaking during an interview yesterday after losing her petition against Kirinyaga Governor, Anne Waiguru, Karua confirmed that there was widespread electoral fraud in the August elections which must be addressed.
She noted that many of the leaders who were declared winners in August, including Uhuru and Anne Waiguru, did not actually win but rigged their victory.
She therefore called for Uhuru and Raila to dialogue and share power for the wellbeing of the country.
“I thought we had cured electoral fraud in this country with Kreigler report, but it is even worse.”
“Electoral fraud is still very much rampant and we must address it now, we can’t go on like this,” Karua said.
