Meaning of megalomaniac which Raila used to describe uhuruto and why It describes Raila instead

"We will not allow two megalomaniacs to destroy the dream of freedom and democracy that generations have sacrificed and worked so hard for" ~ Brigadier Raila Odinga, NRM Commander

Who is a megalomaniac?
A megalomaniac is a person who has an obsessive desire for power.
Between Uhuru Kenyatta & Raila Odinga who has shown the greatest desire for power?
We can only answer this by re-looking at the two leaders brand of politics and their quest for power.
RAILA ODINGA
1. August 1982 - Led a failed military coup and later detained.
2. December 1997 - Lost to Daniel Arap Moi in a General Election and refused to concede.
3. December 2007 - Lost to Mwai Kibaki but joined the government through PEV.
4. March 2013 - Lost to Uhuru Kenyatta and refused to concede.
5. August 2017 - Lost to Uhuru Kenyatta but successfully won a presidential petition.
6. October 2017 - Lost to Uhuru Kenyatta & refused to concede.
7. August 2022 - Will most likely run against William Ruto & Others.
UHURU KENYATTA
1. December 2002 - Lost to Mwai Kibaki and conceded.

3. August 2017 - Won re-election & final term by defeating Raila Odinga & others.
