NASA demonstrations today took an unexpected twist after NASA demonstrators in Mombasa saw Nairobi governor Sonko.
The demonstrators were participating in weekly planned demonstrations by NASA leader Raila amollo Odinga.
The demonstrations are held every week Monday,Wednesday and Friday to push for eviction of IEBC CEO from office.

Sonko who was in Nairobi to attend A jubilee function met head on with the demonstrators who were singing anti IEBC songs, but immediately they saw Sonko entourage ,they stopped singing anti IEBC songs and started shouting "Sonko, Sonko, Sonko...the over 2000 NASA demonstrators started cheering the Nairobi governor which prompted Sonko to adress the NASA supporters.
The Nairobi governor, who is very popular managed to convince the over 2000 NASA demonstrators to abandon their demonstrations and attend the jubilee function which they did .
Governor Sonko is loved country wide and might one day be a Kenyan president.
