JUST IN: The Court of Appeal has suspended the ruling given by the High Court earlier today regarding Returning Officers and their deputies. The officers are properly and legally in charge of tomorrow's polls. In my opinion, Odunga's ruling was geared towards creating the illegality that would be the basis for a petitioning after the elections.
