Today the supreme Court annuled presidential election in which Uhuru Kenyatta scored 54% of the total votes casted which means he passed the 50+1% threshold.
In what supreme Court termed as an illegal election he said that IEBC did not follow the law while announcing the election.
What NASA supporters should understand is that the numbers of the election was not a problem, Uhuru won the election free fair and credibly.
What NASA supporters do not get is the mode of transmission of election was what was the problem.
IEBC did not follow the law while transmitting the election.
Election results were sent by SMS while it was supposed to be sent via scanned documents in foam of form 34A and 34 B.
That was the only issue in which IEBC did not follow the law.
Voter identification was okey and numbers reflected on our screen are also okay
The only problem was the process of transmission.
If election are done again, Uhuru Kenyatta will carry the day because the process was a problem and not the numbers.

Replyit's only the process which had problem and was unconstitutional.However you you should also understand that if it were not for time limitations and the denial and delebarate frustration metted to NASA by the IEBC under instruction from the Jubilee Government many incriminate revelations would have been exposed.
