Education CS Fred Matiangi, "Exam timetable will not change, IEBC is yet to tell us of another date apart from October...We will come back to the public in case IEBC changes election date, but as we stand now the exam timetable is not going to change."
IEBC might reschedule the election up to October 26 due to logistics problem from French firm Which is tasked to supply kiems kits.
Raila Odinga NASA had said they will not participate in the election if there is no overhaul In IEBC system.
