Raila odinga had gone to court to dispute Uhuru Kenyatta win.
Uhuru Kenyatta won with an overwhelming majority and defeated his closest rival raila odinga by a huge margin and secured 54.4% win which exceeds the 50+1% threshold required to win the case.
Will delivering the judgment, maraga said that the election was not conducted within the combines of the law.
He said that the election was not free,fair and credible.
He ordered fresh election to be done in 60 days
