IEBC sets October 17 for repeat presidential election, only President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga will be on the ballot.

The only people who will be in the ballot is the defendant Uhuru Kenyatta whose election he won genuinely was nullified and Raila Odinga who successfully petitioned for repeat of poll.
